Participate in the research, recommendation and delivery of Technical Products spanning one or more technical domains, using standard product offerings wherever possible. Deliver product infrastructure relating to technology platforms. ? Must have exceptional system integration and troubleshooting abilities ? Provide support for a given technology domain (e.g., user interfaces, databases, high-performance computing, etc.) or specific application of technology to a business domain (e.g., algorithmic trading, low latency exchange access, risk management) characterized by recognized extensive experience, knowledge and skill in the technology ? Related Roles: None Scope & Complexity ? Contribute to the analysis, design, build and implementation of technology products or components ? May perform second or third-level support for incidents, problems and client requests *Responsibilities (Detailed Description)* ? Works on a specific technology or build components ? Participates in analysis of requirements ? Writes technical specifications for simple components ? Participates in design reviews ? Contributes to the successful completion of unit, system, performance and integration testing ? Applies standard procedures, such as lifecycle processes and change management ? Document runbooks and flowcharts to describe operational methods for pertinent platforms ? Make recommendations to improve the recoverability of systems in a disaster recovery context *Additional or Specialty Responsibilities* ? Experience with systems automation technologies is highly desirable ? Experience working in a highly-complex, high-availability financial service environment preferred ? In-depth understanding of system security factors is required ? Fluency in the MS-Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) is required ?
