*Notes: Candidate should have participated as a BA in multiple Workday
Implementations and systems test and have strong communication skills and
comfort working with multiple teams/levels. Implementation experience
involving a conversion from PeopleSoft to Workday would be ideal.*



The Workday Analyst for HR/Payroll and Finance is responsible for
understanding and documenting the complete Workday HR/Payroll process. The
Workday Business Analyst will collect requirements, perform analysis, and
communicate information appropriately to the Workday Core Team, and also to
the Workday Change Management Team.  This position will work in fairly
equal parts with each of those teams.   This position will also perform
other duties as assigned.  Later in the project lifecycle, this position
will take a larger role in system testing, as assigned by the managers.



*Basic Qualifications*

•       *3+ years of business process reengineering experience or similar
work*

*•       Strong business analyst experience is a MUST.  This includes a
demonstrated full range of business analyst activities (requirements
gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc.)*

•       Experience working on large-scale projects, with strong references.

•       Experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking, Compensation
Planning, and Performance Management

•       Prior PeopleSoft to Workday conversion experience.

*•       Understanding of the Workday project methodology is a strong plus*

*•       At least 2 past Workday implementation experience as business
analyst *

•       Prior PeopleSoft HCM conversion experience a big plus

•       Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical
and functional audiences

•       Experience with testing, including definition and execution of test
plans and scenarios



*Duties and Responsibilities*

•       Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user
needs/requirements

•       Document current and future state of HR/Payroll and Finance
processes

•       Participate as a team member to achieve successful business process
reengineering.

•       Work independently with great team spirit

•       Take full ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks

•       Communicate appropriately with varying levels of stakeholders,
internal staff, and external staff

•       Communicate status accurately to management and teams

•       Work with internal teams and with Workday implementation partner
to properly configure Workday HCM
