*Duration*: Long Term *Rate*: $Negotiable *Roles & Responsibilities Include:* · Accountable for delivering ServiceNow Technical subject matter expertise across the ITSA Suite. · Accountable for delivering ServiceNow Technical development policies and processes. · Seasoned in agile development methodology · Accountable for hands-on development and work allocation and consolidation from shared resources · Responsible for setting and executing code migration strategy and communicate to the extended development teams · Responsible for sharing technical best practices to the immediate and extended teams for consistent coding practices · Analyze and scope new functionality requirements based on business needs for all ITSM processes and understand all other modules · Act as the single point of coordination for the approach and requirements definition responsible for driving ServiceNow platform maturity, efficiency, and effectiveness goals · Configure, design and develop ServiceNow applications · Lead the design, development and implementation of tools and automation for all core ITSM applications, Orchestration and Discovery. · Work estimation; derive work effort based on gathered requirements *Experience & Qualifications Include:* · Leading staff members developing ServiceNow system administrators & developers in ServiceNow technology and processes/ tools that sustain the ITSM ServiceNow Platform development activities. · This includes working with matrixes team members within and outside the Platform team, including on and offshore models. · Contribute towards the strategic direction for the DTSS Service Management in providing comprehensive technology consulting · Fosters a high performing team of technical resources, with direct or indirect level of authority by mentoring other ServiceNow Administrators and developers · Partners with ITSM Process team to understand the requirements to deliver quality solutions, participate in gathering requirements · A proactive problem solver; demonstrates and fosters proactive behavior and partnering within their direct team; influences same with peers · Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience administering and programming Service-Now in a large enterprise environment (Service-Now customization, ServiceNow CMS) · Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience using Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) · Minimum 3 years using agile development methodology · 8-10 years working as a seasoned developer, including mentoring, coaching and leading high performing development teams and projects Experience in working in matrix organizations · Experience in onshore and offshore delivery models · Outsourcing in a multi-vendor environment strong preferred. Process development / deployment and Service Level background is helpful · ITIL V3 Foundations Certification preferred · Service-Now customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, ServiceNow orchestration, custom scripting and third · party software integrations using APIs · Must have solid programming skills (JavaScript a must).
