Position: ETL Developer Location: Remote/Virtual Duration: Long term contract I have an immediate opening for a Staff level ETL Developer on the CMS account (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services). The position is long-term staff augmentation with virtual/remote support, however there may be occasional travel to the customer site in Baltimore, MD. *Description* ETL Developer – Staff Consultant needed at CMS Responsibilities: • Analyze new data sources for inclusion into the enterprise data warehouse. • Work with federal and contractor staff to identify ETL requirements. • Create and update Interface Control Documents (ICDs). • Create ETL Functional specifications that document source to target mappings. • Create new Informatica ETL streams for additional data source. • Follow established standards for implementing Informatica ETL on the EDW. These standards include, but are not limited to, enforcing referential integrity and following purgatory requirements. • Collaborate and coordinate with the other contract leads as directed by the government customer. • ETL utilizing staging tables while following standards. *Qualifications: * • At least 3-5 years of Teradata data warehouse development/implementation of ETL scripts required. • Experience with Informatica for Teradata required. • Works under the direction of a technical team lead on large complex engagements. • Can work without direct leadership on moderately complex tasks. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • CMS or healthcare experience is highly valuable.
