Please share suitable profiles. *Enterprise Data Modeler * *Location: Austin, TX* *Duration: 6 months+* As an Enterprise Data Modeler, the Worker must be innovative and creative in solving complex solutions. The Worker must have a strong background in developing comprehensive automated processes to extract data from disparate source systems, transform data as per business requirements, and load data into a data warehouse and various presentation models. The Worker will be responsible for: - analyzing evolving sources of data, determining and implementing extraction methodologies - loading operational data models and data marts and re-architecting and standardizing existing ETL processes - working with users and business analyst to ensure that the correct data is being sourced into the Enterprise Data Warehouse and the sourced data is in conformance with data governance guidelines - developing processes and procedures in support of a large enterprise BI/DW environment - working with Business Customers, Section Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches - Following software development processes, preparing detailed documentation and generating work estimates in an SDLC environment. The Worker *Onsite Requirements*: Worker will be required to work on site with the team. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Direct Supervisor. *WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* - Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Must be able to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams - Must possess knowledge of project management methodologies both traditional and Agile/Scrum - Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary - Must perform related work as assigned *Minimum Requirements:* Extensive experience in architecting ETL Solutions, automation, and best practices Expertise in source data analysis, defining data granularity, data element mapping, and data warehouse design. Hands-on experience with data conversion, performance tuning, and managing conceptual and physical data models.
