*Magento SME (Subject Matter Expert).*
*This will be mostly remote work from home with maybe 2-3 days every couple
weeks for client face time. *
*Company is based in Chicago with some travel to their Milwaukee location
as well.*
*Duration - 6 months*
Project Details:
Needs to be a Magento expert with leadership and management capabilities,
but also able to roll up their sleeves and do things.
- Magento, Marketo, Salesforce staff supplementation and leadership
- Status reporting, Roadmap creation and maintenance, management of
current projects
- Evaluation and improvement of existing developers, their methodology,
development standards, quality of work product, development activities,
statement of work, etc.
- Identify internal staffing needs, assist in filling
- Provide project management
- Ensure integration of this area to the rest of the IT environment
- Identify and address main issues, e.g.
- Real Estate Partnership Sites
- Completing Shopping Carts
- Preparation and readiness for incorporation of other business lines
