Responsibilities: - Development of controls for robotic manipulators and similar electromechanical systems, including trajectory planning, motion control and servo tuning algorithms - Development of dynamic models, simulations in Matlab/Simulink environment, and implementation of software on real-time platforms. - The responsibilities also include controls-related machine design analysis and selection of actuators, sensors and other controls-related components Qualifications: - Strong theoretical background and experience in dynamic model development - Ph.D. degree in ME or EE with focus on dynamic systems and controls - Knowledge of MATLAB/MathWorks for simulation and control algorithm development. - Strong theoretical background and experience in control design, proficiency in *Matlab/Simulink* software, and proficiency in *C programming* - Strong background with *SBC's (Single Board Computers)* - *Must* have experience working with *Linux based OS* - Familiarity with automation for semiconductor manufacturing applications preferred. - Strong knowledge in Classical Controls Thanks & Regards, *Vardhan **I* Senior-Bench Sales *W* *(312) 985 -0412 **I* Fax 248.715.6434.
