In that case we first need a datal model. Based on what you're talking about in below, it has one relation. The key is "canonical mic name", and its dependent attributes are "inverting" and "stereo". Some of the values are unknown, which suggests a bit of further normalization.
I'm once again willing to host such a database, at least as a mirror. I'm pretty sure it should be in .csv or Unix-style white-space separated style.
