I can second the recommendation for Planet CCRMA. I've used it for for audio work for a decade (since Red Hat 7 days) on various mini-ITX based systems and laptops. 'Nando Lopez-Lezcano (the maintainer) and others on the mailing list are helpful and quick to reply.
