Looking at the pictures and captions, it says: "Immersive Sound, Four
high dynamic-range microphones for ambisonic 3D sound". The capsules
(or mems?) look soldered on the sides of PC boards, listening through
holes.

Some related article, with some additional background information:
http://www.roadtovr.com/videostich-unveils-orah-4i-one-livestreaming-4k-360-camera/
"I got to see a functional build of VideoStich’s new camera up close.
Although the unit isn’t yet sealed, it was fully functional, including
livestreaming. "
Boasting 4 channel ambisonic sound with 4 on-board microphones, the
Orah 4i is hoping to make an impression with a growing number of 360
content creators that demand "a bare minimum of positional audio" in
their videos,
(whatever this means... ;-) )
* 4096×2048 H.264 High Profile (4K)
* 30 fps
* 4 Channel Ambisonic @ BFormat
* 100% anodized precipitation-hardened aluminum housing
* 80 x 70 x 65 mm 480g or 3.1 x 2.7 x 2.5 inches 17 oz
The aimed price range seems to be very competitive for a professional
product in this market. (I am not trying to promote anything, just to be
clear..)
Kind regards,
Stefan
P.S.: Obviously they record in B format, like everybody else using a SF
mike... (so, no "YT FOA format", or alike.)
... convenience factors, like built-in image stabilization and its
automatic post-processing function which goes through the supplied
‘stitching box’, a dedicated mini-computer designed to polish up the
video for livestreaming that then outputs equirectangular video, or
the same format used by Facebook, Youtube, Vrideo, Littlstar,
Bitmovin, and others.
