Is it true that people associate colour to music depending on the emotion
expressed? How does it work? Can colour associations be linked to acoustic or
musical features of the music? How does individual variation contribute?

This experiment is based on interactive web pages. While listening to music
excerpts, you will move the computer mouse to select one specific colour to
match the music that you are hearing. You will use an interactive response
interface that is based on the CIE Lab colour space. The music come from films
and recordings, and have been chosen to represent a wide range of emotions,
such as happiness, sadness, anger, tenderness, and fear.
…
The software has been tested on Google Chrome, Safari, and IE Explorer on OS X
and Windows.
