Hello, Brud <http://brud.xyz>, the art-entity I lead, is interested in this as well. Our periphonic tape label Buio <https://3uio.bandcamp.com> releases quadraphonic cassettes. We are looking for a multichannel streaming service. We haven't found one yet. If there is sufficient interest in this we are keen on building one ourselves.
If there is any prior work or if anyone is interested, do drop me a line.
