Pop - To get the "Welcome to Windows" screen back, just click [Start], Run, type "welcome" (without the quotes), and hit [Enter]. Remove the [x] from the lower left hand corner of the "Welcome to Windows" screen, and the next time you restart Windows, "Welcome to Windows" will be there again.
