As you have access to E-Mail, try this:
send your .PDF file attached to a message to one of the following addresses:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - receive the same .PDF in the reply but in text or
ASCII format;
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - receive in the reply the same .PDF file but in
HTML format (identical to a WWW page).
