I thank the individual who recommended Cetus Wordpad. I am impressed that
it is freeware. It was able to open and edit in RTF format, although, it
did this to the quotes: ��Sir�, to you.�

This was english? I'm going to get back to the author and find out why RTF
is being offered as well as html and txt and if it's important. Seems to
me that we might as well offer it in pdf and doc formats as in rtf format.
Hey, wpd too? naw. html gives formatting, txt is universal. That ought
to be sufficient for the needs of this website. Ppl who order the book
actually get the real paper, hold it in your hand, snail mailed issue.
