[SURVPC] netmeeting help!

When I set up netmeeting to work in full duplex mode, the other party who I
am talking to tells me that I sound like a tape that's been slowed right
down.
set it back to half duplex mode and everything is fine.
this type of audio problem is not covered in the netmeeting help, so I
don't know what to do. please help asap!
