At one time, Radio Shack controlled around 50% of the XT-clone market
because of their Tandy 1000 computers, so you might be able to find
ideas from Tandy 1000 (T1K) sources. There is a newsgroup,
comp.sys.tandy, and a good file repository of software and upgrade
technical information, at www.agate.net/~tvdog, or
ftp.agate.net/users/01935.

Of, course, you have to bear in mind that the T1K's weren't
*identical* to XT's, and also had some similiarities to the PCJr.
But, I would guess that most of the information could be useful to any
XT-clone owner.
