Legacy means cards or/and devices that are not PnP. I think it was MS
who created the term.. I call it "so called" since when they started
calling these cards as "Legacy", Legacy cards were still more popular
then PnP so it was plain silly. Personally, I prefer Legacy cards. Less
problems.
