Hallo L.D.!

>That should work. [Even my DOS 5 refuses to take 2 year dates.]
My DOS 2.11 in the Atari Portfolio handheld computer (manufactured 1989)
happily switches to the year 2079 if i enter DATE 1.1.79 !
Now that's a good thing. And it will produce a file date stamp showing
1.1.100 (note the three-digit year) if set to january 1st of the year
2100. Strange, but works. Oh, by the way, setting date to 2100 is only
possible by setting it to the end of 2099 and waiting a minute...

Bye Gunnar
