Not even close.
"Legacy", as applied to computers, means: "Standard", "Reliable", "Easily
set, controlled, and modifed". "Comfortable and compliant", IOW.
Whereas Pnp and others are more correctly described as "Unproven", "Fussy",
"Uncontrollable", or "Intended to promote sales of new hardware or
to solidify one proprietary software system's market share".
