Yes, go to;

and find a lot, or go to;
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/
and look in /os2/apps/comm/bbs/maximus/
for Maximus. There are executables for OS/2, DOS and Windows NT. Windows95 is to
unstable to run a BBS
(it says so in the documentation).
I installed Maximus and got it running without reading any docomentation or knowing
anything about it, so I
would say it is easy to handle.
