Heheheh, this is why I switched to win9x. I had icq in win3.11 for several
months, got attached to it, enjoyed it. One day I couldn't connect. tried
everything, even reinstalled everything. Nope. After about 3 weeks it
came on for three days then failed again. Two weeks later, I got two days,
one week and I got a day, then never again would it connect. I heard
somewhere in my searching that it was a silly glitch between icq and win3.1
