This is the reason that NASA aren't using any faster CPU than 386 in space,
the newer will much more easily be destroyed while out there.
Also they wouldn't need a fast CPU out in space, better to have the power
on earth if it needs replacement (3 C64s was enough for the Apollo if I
remember correctly.)
I still haven't heard of any computer beeing unable to change to 2K, but I
really liked the story posted here about the "Y *to* K" project made :-)
I better copy it to an extra file for safe keeping.
