That shouldn't be possible to happen, indeed - (a) the mailer prog used to reply with shouldn't rely on manual correction of the address; (which one do you use in your cryptic "X-Mailer: c:\dos\util\*.*" hide-out ?) (b) how come the list host does accept a "From:" which is different from the sender's address, or at least its host name ? (this seems to be an invation of spam to the list; happily didn't occur yet.)
