Do you only have one MEG RAM on that PS/1? If so, even that should be
enough to get you started.
With 1 MEG try selecting "disk". Install it from C:\Arachne, and DON'T
use a DOS box in Win 3.1 not even full-screen, completely exit WINDOWS
and use pure DOS.
I have been running Arachne for over a year and I like it a lot.

Michael Polack just got done setting up his own servers, well mostly
done. The latest complete version is 1.48Beta3 with an experimental
add-on at 1.5alpha. He feels that an official release will be out soon
at the 1.5 level.
Arachne seems to set up easily for some, but be a bit sticky for others
with similar setups. Feel free to drop me a note off list. I'll try to
help, if I can.
