Someone was looking for scannersoftware for DOS, and I found these on a CD
with shareware programs:
OCRSH22.ZIP 348,009 bytes (1990). OCRSHARE Release 2.2
This one has no direct scanner support, but another program is mentioned in
the docs with direct scanner support "AdvanTex OCR" ($ 395). Both from:
Solution Technology Inc., 1101 S. Rogers Circle, Bldg. 14, Boca Raton,
Florida 33487.
SCOUT.ZIP 345,114 bytes (1991). Scout v1.1 - German Scannersoftware. This
is just a demo, but it is from this company in Germany:

I don�t think I can do much more from here, but perhaps someone else on
