hi all, i recently followed the wise advice of some of you and got an hp deskjet 697 printer. However, I have a problem! the software for the dos control panel insolation is missing, and while hp has given me a file name to seek on their site, i am not finding it. does anyone know the ftp address for hp printer software? or even better have one of these printers with the insolation program in place? make your own kind of music!
