Svenska Dagbladet, Sweden's foremost quality newspaper recently ran the
following statement on their web-page, in my translation:

"Shortly, SvD on the web will change its appearance. We hope and
believe that our visitors will appreciate the new www.svd.se which will
become both more modern and meatier. But, to be able to access our new
homepage it is necessary to use Netscape or Microsoft Explorer in
version 4.0 and higher. You can get them here:...."

And now when the change has taken place, it is impossible to access
their pages with e.g. Lynx, it seems. Has anybody - our Swedish readers
perhaps? - tried to access Svenska Dagbladet's pages with any other
"rebel browser"? Does Opera or Arachne work?

Comments? Heimo?

"Inom kort kommer SvD p ntet att byta utseende. Vi hoppas och
tror att vra beskare kommer att uppskatta nya www.svd.se som blir
bde modernare och matigare. Men fr att komma t vr nya hemsida krvs
att man anvnder Netscape eller Microsoft Explorer i version 4.0 och
uppt. De finns att hmta hr: "
