I've just browsed around in the Allegro game archive, and i've
found a site of a person who was trying to make a GUI of his own.
(it even seems to "multi-task", and got moveable windows.)
He abandoned the program, but what he did completed looks quite
good. Its for DOS, obviously, using Allegro. I thought that someone
here might be intrested at this, so..
The following URL has sample binaries, the full source,
and several applications that can be ran on it. I havent tested
it completly, but from what i've seen from the Binaries it looks
pretty good.
