If there's no channel, it will be created and you will become the
operator. The only problem is there will be no-one else on it. :-P
Maybe we could all decide on a good time to go here. The problem is
most of us are using DOS, so we can't start a IRC client and minimise
it and tell it to beep when someone comes. [so as to do some surfing
while waiting]. hmmn dsdp? No, probably a bit of a waste; and it
wouldn't work with Arachne anyway: micq doesn't [was told, never
tried].
