[SURVPC] Why I like Windows 98

Simple... Because it has an excellent MS-DOS text editor.
It's very fast, small, has multiple window, able to utilize
all of free XMS memory, and better of all, it's runable
on my 286! :-)

69kb of an useful utility out of hundered megabytes of
bloated OS...  Oh well...
