I got this the other day in another mailinglist, it is somewhat snipped so
it wouldn't be as long.
> (NOTE THESE URLS CAN ONLY BE VIEWED BY INTERNET EXPLORER 4.0 OR LATTER)
What do they mean with this? A URL is viewable for all browsers, would be
rather stupid to send info to such a small group of users anyway.

alth.htm
What is this for a kind of link?
%31 (hexadecimal) = 49 (decimal) = 1 (ASCII)
so it's something like:
http://196355302@3514285974/health/health.htm
That ain't no valid URL!
Other ideas on how it should be interpreted? Or in fact anyone that has a
copy of IE 4.0 or above that care to try the link and see if it works?

"As long as it lasts"?
>Under bill s.1618 TITLE III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress

Now this is interesting - is this correct? (But the fact stands - the mail
was sent to a non US citizen so my (swedish) laws are what counts - so that
would still make it spam).
Do you think M$ are willing to shut down spammers like this by closing down
the accounts for them? It was infact a "IE 4 spam" ;)
