"telephone line" so it's not illegal.
Well, according to that one particular law, anyway.  There may be another
that covers it, or different countries may write it differently.  It is
certainly against @home TOS though.
What's tough is puzzling over the forged headers to find the actual domain
name to which you must send your abuse@ spam complaint.
