Is there a flat-bed scanners for DOS? For FAXing I still use my
old 386 with quick Link II software. A scanner with OCR would be
a desirable compliment.
It not the above for DOS, I have a Windows98 system. My question
is what generally does one look for when buying a flatbed
scanner. My use would be scanning engineering articles to text,
or scanning FAX to text. Perhaps scanning old photos to enhance
with PhotoShop.
I will appreciate comments.
