Windows 95 includes RAMDRIVE.SYS.  As far as I know, it is no different
than the one which shipped with MS-DOS 5.

Here's a link to a freeware alternative which has some nice improvements.
It's a TSR.  You can install it, and in some cases uninstall it, without
rebooting; and you can specify the drive letter, which RAMDRIVE.SYS does
not allow.
