Yes - but I guess you refer to network speed? You would have to take into
account the size of the packages sent as well (depending on IPX/TCP/etc.),
and how much of this that's data. Just as you divide a modems speed by 8, 9
or 10 to get the max ammount of data sent. And you'll need to figure out
what's data and what's header/tail of that as well to get a correct value.
