When I had a 486 with 4MB (later upgraded to 8MB) I used to use
Netscape 3.01 Gold on Windows 3.x. Infact, I still use version 3.0x
to this day. Much faster then the Communicator and 4.x+ versions..
Anyway, it would not be the fastest, but it should run ok.
