Hi All,
A long time ago I used to do my mail with NetTamer. One
of the great things that it could do, was set your system
clock acording to some standard which it got from the web.
I really miss that. Until my communications receiver
broke, I could also leave it tuned to 10K and get the time
from Colorado. Now I have no way of knowing what time it is.
Basically, I just guess at it by looking at the sun,
bearing in mind, ofcourse, that in the summertime noon is
1pm. <g>
So ..... does anyone know of some WATCP utility which I
can use for this purpose? Or, failing that, a good place
to get the time from the web in some other way? There must
be some time servers out there and some simple way of
reading their output.
Cheers,
Ole Juul
PS: maby I should just try http://www.wwv.com <VBG>
