BTW, always RTFM ;)  To get help on list server specific
commands send the word "HELP" (without quotes) both in
message body and subject line to the list server addresses
above.  Also, make sure your e-mail client sending out
messages as plain-text only, HTMLized or multi-format
mails confuses virtually all list servers.
