Just curious... If you're a blind user, what is your
favorite speech device? And why?
Also, how these "talkers" work? Scanning text mode
video RAM, listening STDOUT, listening specific port,
special/propetiary method, or perhaps using windoish
device driver (if work under windows)?
Where the specs could be obtained? Any URLs?
Please forgive my ignorance (so many questions in
one mail), but I'm not blind, and I would like to
know how blind users could be supported well with
a selectable-UI (User Interface) DOS internet suite.
