Good evening, SurvPC Listers,
Some several months ago there was a thread on DOS
word processing which lead to a mention, by a one
of us, of StarWriter for DOS.
It was distributed by Simtel on one of their CDs
in years past, but they no longer have it.
I would very much like to obtain a copy. Will the
list member who has it please consider e-mailing
it direct to me? (My older traffic is at the
office, so I don't have the name.)
I have included my conversation with Kurt Petersen
of Simtel below.
Thanks for your attention.
~~Garry

Garry, I did a search through our archives but
could not find a copy of the StarWriter program
to which you refer. Do you still have contact
with the person with whom you were corresponding
via e-mail? If not, I don't know of any other way
to obtain this program.
Chances are this file was deleted within the past
two years or so. After a certain amount of time,
files are deleted if they're not updated. After
deletion, we have no control over the program nor
do we attempt to track it. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
Regards,
Kurt Petersen
