I have a close friend who is having a very difficult time taking a C++
programing course in University. She is not mathematically minded or
trained. I noticed that many on this list here have had programming
training. Can anyone suggest the best resources for easy to learn tutorial
or reference. Books prefered, on-line accepted. I am looking for quality
rather than quality here. My friend is a rather right-brained person.
