Take a look at <http://www.usb.org/developers/docs.html> and you will
find most of the USB tools are aimed at developing on Windows 98/Windows
2000 platforms.
However that also means that a shareware driver application might sell
to folks who want to add USB devices to a DOS machine. But IMO that is
not going to be simple to make work becasue of the multiple BIOS &
hardware varities avail in SURVPC machines.
