Dear pippi,

Yes, this will delete COMMAND.COM.  The reason it will do so is
because DOS doesn't have a lot of file-locking mechanisms. DOS
will load DELTREE completely, then unlock that file, then actually
run the command. Since the COMMAND.COM is only needed
*after* the DELTREE program runs, when it must be reloaded,
deltree will be able to delete _everything_.

An interesting quirk, no?
