I've also been getting a lot of this on 2 Lists on OneList during
the past 2 weeks... reading replies to messages which don't show
up until the following day.
There seems to be a major upheaval going on in ALL international
email! How on earth is that possible?

Maybe it's NSA/GCHQ getting behind and can't process all
the world's emails quickly enough... complain to your
congressman/MP. ;)
