Sorry, but a fax is just a graphic image; you can't convert it into
text (other than with an Optical Recognition package, but that's
another ballgame).
All she can do is 1) to view it with her fax program and read it
to you (or type it into a WP), or 2) email it to you as an attachment
and you can view it with a graphics program (or maybe BGFax, if you've
got it running).
