Kids, this key is an archaic carryover from the days of DOS only
machines AKA Commodore PET, Et Al, where, when used in the
Scroll Lock(ed) position, it would allow that rapidly advancing
text to be "bumped" a little at a time by tapping the space bar
or the enter key.
