HERC311.EXE is a self-extracting archive consisting of 157,332 bytes.
I believe the actual driver itself is
HERCULES DRV        47,296  5-18-93  2:57p

The driver performs just fine.  With a 40 Mhz 386 and with 8 MB RAM
I surfed the internet with hardly ever a problem or a crash with
Window$ 3.11 and by use of the the SPRY internet browser.
