I must say the server was incredible slow today. But neither side actually
won - this was outside the courts. M$ has always been able to settle
outside of court :(

I dunno since I'm not subscribed, but those at delorie.com are not very
active (1 month and 7 days since the last post). Perhaps I can beat Glenn
to reporting this news to that list ;)
Anyway, I think this was good. First of all M$ needs to pay up some money
(and that's always good). Secondly now they can sell out DR-DOS to someone
who wants to add something to it.
Caldera mostly fixed a few bugs and changed names a few times IMHO - but I
am grateful since otherwise I would probably still (almost 2 years after
first attempting) be trying to get Windows NT to work over the network ;)
Let's just hope that DR-DOS doesn't turn into something like Commodore or
AMIGA that's changing owners every six months.
