One of a handful of MFM controllers and old Seagate HD's should
solve that problem. There are plenty of good text based menu
programs available for that purpose also. Of course there's nothing
wrong with the plain old command line either.

Plenty of old low density 5 1/4 floppies with severl flavors of DOS
available also. Given the 1987 vintage of this machine, I doubt that
it boots CP/M also. Your Victor sounds like an interesting historical
artifact.
